Placed an order for the flooring in our lounge- Neil provided excellent advice and the turnaround from enquiring to measuring and fitting was really quick. Fitting is lovely and excellent quality flooring. Thanks again!

Brilliant service from choosing the carpet to having it fitted – Highly recommend this company.

Great place. They really looked after my aged father. Being patient and advising him. The lady on reception /sales is a credit to the company. Thank you.

Professional advice from Neil who helped is to choose a suitable carpet for our stairs and landing. The fitters were extremely friendly and polite. Fantastic service and will definitely recommend Cwmbran Carpet Centre!

Another superb job done by the fitters on my bathroom vinyl, edges all sealed and a door bar fitted. A big thanks to Neil’s for helping me out with a lovely piece of vinyl. It’s good to have a local centre where there is no pressure or cheesy sales talk, Neil knows his stuff and he listens to what you need. Much better service than the big cheap stores.

Had a brilliant service from Neil at Cwmbran carpets. Really knows his thing and his advice really helped bring the cost down from the extortionate price quoted by a developer. Really good looking flooring and quality carpets. Huge range of carpets and flooring. Fitters who were arranged by Neil really slogged to get the work done in a time that worked for me, kept the house clean and easy to work with, quality of work was outstanding and done quickly. Friends and family have also been impressed and looking at Cwmbran carpets for their next flooring. Highly recommend and will be pointing people in Neil’s direction in future

Great customer service by Neil, reasonably priced and fitted within a week. Fitters were punctual, polite and very accommodating. Carpet looks great and has been fitted really well. Would highly recommend and will use again. Thanks all

Great service in store and excellent fitting!

These guys did such an amazing job! . Fitted new carpet and underlay in three bedrooms and the hall, stairs and landing fitted in just a few hours. The fitters were brilliant from start to finish – very neat and tidy – and the quality of the carpet is fantastic. Thank you to Neil, Gareth and Joel. Can’t recommend you guys enough #shoplocal
